21st August 2012 My son is a student in Christchurch and his car was towed because he parked it in the wrong place - fairly so. He enquired about the amount payable. This is his first car and he did not know that there will be a storing fee as well. When I rang to pay - the person that answered was VERY rude. I asked about terms and conditions and she said: " we don't have any - just the standard fee". I asked if there is any way that my son could have known that there will be storage fees and her answer was:" where do you want us to leave that - in the empty carpark". I explained to her that I have never had a car towed and that is why I ask these questions. I am very dissappointed in the way I was treated.
