Absolutely awesome atmosphere - not many places ask you these days if you would like to have a drink in the bar/lounge area before dinner, but the Mountain House does.

In our experience the meals have always come out in good time and have tasted great.

Pricing is reasonable for the type of meals on offer too.

The licensed restaurant overlooks floodlit bush and provides diners with wide selection of cuisine options all cooked to a high standard by top chefs including head chef Kara Te Wiki.

Had an awesome lunch. special occasion and they went out of their way to make it right. Very good menu, plenty to choose from. Kids catered for too. Very friendly staff, made you feel very welcome and comfortable. lovely surroundings.

Very impressed with the refurbishment and fantastic service. The food was also outstanding, we all enjoyed our meals and I even overheard people from the next tables exclaiming about how good the food was. I would definitely go back again and highly recommend it to others.
