21st April 2012 Terrible service, lack of communication, no integrity. Totally wasted my time. No idea how they stay in business. Suggest you keep promises you make and at least have the courtesy to respond to voicemail and emails asking where the order you accepted is.

21st April 2012 A shame you feel you should take this approach. After 30 years of business we have had no bad reviews. In fact there are plenty of other forums to be found that have very positive reviews of our service and delivered product. You were very happy with the first design we printed for you [obviously so as you then sent a new design to print]. As explained, the quality of your second file was exceptionally poor and required some work and experimentation to get an acceptable result. This did take longer than expected, and it did happen to coincide with an exceptionally busy contract work time around Easter that stretched resources, and this has meant a longer than usual production time. We had not required you to pay any deposit for the work in progress [as are our usual terms]. At no point was any "promise" made of delivery time -this was always going to be subject to getting a good quality print working from your file as we would not want you to be dissatisfied with the end result.
