Nautilus Braid is a high-tech company with small overheads, high efficiency long runs, automated modern equipment and excellent customer service. Most ropes are made from high tenacity continuously spun multi-filament PE (polyester) or P.A (Nylon) - tenacity of around 8gms/denier. Other raw materials are PP (polypropylene), Dyneema/Spectra (UHDPE - ultra high density polyethylene)and Vectran (polyarylate superfiber). All ropes are braided - fibres lock tighter together as the load increases.
