Ross Duder is an Independent private agricultural and Farm consultant to farmers, growers, small block holders and contractors.

Ross specialises in farm and land management advice and services to owners, share farmers and lease holders covering soil fertility, plant science, agronomy, plant health and Bio Security.
His is experienced in:

- Assessing, monitoring and advising on soil fertility, fertilisers, lime, recycling animal effluent and organic manures; he advises on nutrient budgeting and management plans.

- Plant science and agronomy, plant breeding, pasture and crop species selection, establishment and management.

- Arable and forage crop selection, establishment, management and utilization to farmers, contractors, and those trading forages.
Also advising and mediating on crop yield and quality disputes.

- Plant health, weed and pest identification; Biological, Chemical and Mechanical Control Options.

Ross Duder draws up, advices and reviews farm rental arrangements and lease agreements and conditions.

Ross has over 40 years experience in the agricultural science and agribusiness industry. He is a fully qualified and accredited agricultural consultant (BAgSc, DipAgSc (Post Grad). He is a member of the NZIAHS (CPAg) and a Fellow member of the NZIPIM (New Zealand Institute of Primary Industry Management).

He attends regular in service training and professional development.
