The Warehouse is one of New Zealand's largest retailers, known and loved by Kiwis for its wide range of departments, including apparel, entertainment and technology, music, sporting, gardening, grocery, and many others.
We have been giving Kiwis bargains since 1982 and have grown to 85 stores throughout New Zealand. We remain a New Zealand owned and operated company, employing over 8,500 team members from Kaitaia to Invercargill.
What is our core purpose?
The wording of the core purpose is above. The three main things we focus on are:
* Putting the customer first
* Working together as one team
* Supporting our communities and the environment.

17th May 2014 Online service is pitiful. When I pointed out that delivery time (up to 10 working days) was incredibly slow (sent at day 9) and I could (and did) get items from China in 3-5 days their "helpful" staff just got defensive (sorry for going out of my way to comment on your service), and simply stopped responding.
Not a great move when the product in question failed within a day and I had to try and get a resolve. Same staff member, who apparently still had a chip on their shoulder, offered me a "good-will refund" (under what they were required by law) as long as I returned the product. Fair enough right? Small issue, it is a window film, now attached to my windows (after some 5 hours of work). How do I return this? Well I'd like to tell you, but when I asked I received no response.
Fair to say everyone knows what to expect of the quality of the products at The Warehouse - but at $20 a sheet (and needing many sheets) I think some rather pricey plastic film should last more than a day.
