I would like to say we were very grateful to get the dishwasher back and be told the repair was approximately half of the original quote. Also the dishwasher has never worked better. We swore we would never buy a Delonghi again as it never seem to work well from new but it was returned working better than ever so thank you very much. Also your technician was very friendly and helpful. So job well done.

30th July 2013 I have been disappointed with Windress,specifically the management and customer service team. Lack of communication - promises made but not met. Wrong parts supposedly ordered. Weeks and now months gone by with no return phone calls. I decided to go with another company. I phoned today and asked the manager why I had not heard back from him - 2 months ago - when he said he would look into the situation and ph me back. Today he advised me that he would not refund my money, nor did he apologise for the situation. I asked him to offer good will, and he said NO. This is not a good way to grow a business. No goodwill = No customers

18th July 2011 Dishwasher repair - I called, they had all our details from previous jobs including issue with dishwasher. Repair technician booked in for early following day. Great service!

26th October 2010 Dishwasher repair - I called, they came the next morning, repaired on the spot and very reasonable pricing. I read a bad review but called anyway as I've used them in the past. Very happy with the service and would definately recommend Windress to anyone.
