18th October 2011 I booked my Schnauzer in here for a groom as our local groomer closed down, they were very abrupt on the phone, and also in person. I found the cut to be very average and the skirt on my Schnauzer is basically non-existent. They didn't clip her nails and cut her ear when grooming. Instead of combing out the couple of little matted bits she had on her paws, they just cut them out leaving gaping holes. I will not be returning and will not be telling my friends to go near this place. Very disappointing.
